12 Inch Scallop-Petal Disk Set-Novelty Shaped Acrylic Disks for Cake Decorating

Scallop Acrylic Disks are finally here! You will use a round cake and using the Scallop Acrylic Disks as guides you will add quite a lot of buttercream. Be sure to make more buttercream than you normally make so you don't run out. Since so much buttercream is being added, you may need to chill your cake a couple of times throughout the icing process. **Scallop Acrylic Disks are only available in sets of 2 disks per size in order to successfully create the scalloped edges in buttercream.

• What's Included: This is a 2 disk set to use for a 12 Inch round cake. The Scalloped Petal edge will be wider than the 12 inch cake. Made from 1/4 Inch clear food grade Acrylic plastic.
• What Size Should I Get? You want to purchase the same size Scallop-Petal Disk set as the size round cake pan you used. A 6 inch disk set for a 6 inch cake, etc...
• Special Note: Be sure to make extra frosting or buttercream, more than you would normally have to decorate this size cake. The Scallop-Petal shape takes a fair bit more frosting than a normal round cake the same size.
• How to Take Care of My Disks: CakeSafe Disks are made from 1/4 inch food grade clear Acrylic plastic, and should be hand washed with regular dish detergent and water. Your disks will last a long time with proper care. It's recommended that you not put them in your dishwasher as the heat may warp the disks, or cause cloudiness on the plastic.
